What We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced support workers who bring compassion, reliability, and professionalism to every shift.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year UK-based care experience (Care at Home, Supported Living or Care Home) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Medication awareness and confidence in administration Manual handling awareness Understanding of SSSC registration requirements Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with complex care needs Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Drivers preferred, or access to reliable public transport

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, medication, and mobility Promoting independence and wellbeing Following individual care plans and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families
