Aegean Heritage is a food manufacturer and supplier of Halloumi and Feta products to various retailers and B2B. A family business with ambition to provide the best quality and highest standards in the market. We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor Assitant in Coventry.

Role Purpose

To be working hands-on within the High care facility Learn all aspects of Highcare Training on machines and how to run each line To Shadow the Supervisor Run a line and teams supporting the line aiming for maximum efficiencies and accuracies with their team. Meet food safety and Health & Safety standards. Able to identify and improve efficiency. Clear & effective communication Experience in managing a medium size team of up to 10-15 people
Key accountabilities:

Computer and Paperwork compliance Meet KPI targets Adhere to that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements. Reporting of all issues/errors, quickly and efficiently Health & Safety Compliance Food Safety Compliance People Management Decision Making Authority Required to guideline leaders regarding quality and performance decisions Knowledge of the food manufacturing process is preferred Food Safety Level 3 desirable Focused on delivering results
