We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic and Experienced Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage time effectively, demonstrate basic maths skills, and adhere to food safety standards will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout service. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must and experienced Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
