We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Teaching Assistant

to join our vibrant and inclusive two-form entry Catholic primary school. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working with pupils of all abilities in a culturally rich and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning across the curriculum. Lead small group booster sessions and targeted interventions tailored to various ability levels. Provide focused support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to ensure inclusive and accessible learning experiences. Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that reflects the values of our Catholic ethos and celebrates the school's diverse community.

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting. Skilled in leading small groups and delivering differentiated instruction effectively. Confident and compassionate when working with children with SEN, including implementing individualised support strategies. A team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to the school's inclusive values.
