Main Responsibilities for the role:
Maintenance of Expert Witness Database
Be responsible for managing own caseload and achieving KPIs.
To provide continued support to the legal teams and medical experts.
To highlight and identify medical experts who underperform to Leadership and assist in reaching resolution.
To support medical experts in ensuring delivery of reporting in accurate timely manner.
To chase reports that have fallen outside of agreed service level requirements.
Handling emails, queries, invoices and disputes, escalating as necessary.
Processing of invoices received and invoices raised.
