HRH International Exports has been exporting British grocery & confectionery products since 1987. Initially exporting to European markets, but more recently, specializing in supplying wholesale distribution companies in the United States, Canada and the far east.

The company has expanded considerably in recent years, and as a result we are now looking for a proactive, motivated, and detail-focused individual to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth end-to-end process of customer orders -- from order placement through to container loading and dispatch.

You'll work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to maintain clear communication, efficient workflows, and timely deliveries. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organised, and being at the heart of operations, this role could be an excellent fit.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Export Operations & Order Fulfilment Coordinator

to manage the end-to-end export process for our food and drink wholesale division. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently, warehouse teams are aligned, and international shipments depart on schedule.

As the central point between the office, warehouse, and logistics partners, you will take ownership of the full order cycle -- from confirming orders and coordinating stock to supervising container loading. This role requires strong initiative, excellent communication, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts running smoothly in a fast-paced export environment.

Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Coordination



Process and validate all export orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with food and drink regulations. Monitor order progress and proactively chase up any outstanding items. Prepare and check documentation such as packing lists, invoices, product specifications, and compliance forms.

Warehouse & Logistics Alignment



Work closely with the warehouse team daily to coordinate picking, packing, and stock allocation. Ensure all orders are prepared correctly for export, including correct labelling, temperature requirements (if applicable), and pallet configuration. Oversee and support warehouse workflow to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure all staff meet required standards. Coordinate container booking, schedules, and ensure timely loading and dispatch.

Communication & Problem Solving



Act as the main liaison between office staff, warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and transport companies. Handle any delays, discrepancies, or logistical issues quickly and effectively. Ensure all export requirements, customer specifications, and destination country regulations are met.

Record Keeping & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, shipments, and loading documents. Track order status and provide updates to internal teams and customers when required. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Skills & Attributes:



Experience in export, logistics, or food & drink wholesale operations preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail, especially with order data and documentation. Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings. Understanding of export documentation and compliance beneficial (but training can be provided).

Work Environment:



Office-based role with required daily visits to the warehouse. Fast-paced, international export environment handling bulk wholesale shipments.

Requirements:



Because of the level that the successful applicant will be required to work at, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum 2: 1 degree in any type of business or management related subjects.

I) An excellent working knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications.

The caliber of applicant required is reflected in the salary being offered at 30,000 - 36,000+ p.a., subject to experience.
