Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for an Export Sales Manager, reporting to the UK Sales & Marketing Director, with responsibility for intercompany sales of TLU products within the TDK-Lambda Group.

The successful candidate will act as the commercial interface between TLU Technical Support, Manufacturing and the Intercompany Sales Channel and will be responsible for all aspects of Intercompany Sales of TLU products within the TDK-Lambda group.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Promoting UK products and services Evaluating and prioritising projects whilst supporting external sales through the preparation of proposals and quotations The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and maintaining the commercial proposal for all Intercompany sales Produce monthly sales and orders forecast, analysing to report results and trends against budgets, previous forecasts, and deliver a product forecast for SIOP planning.

Skills, experience and qualifications required :

Experience in a comparable industry Experience in business to business sales management Demonstratable high level of commercial awareness Capable of producing detailed business plans to ensure company targets are met for ROI, revenue and profit. Be able to build relationships and trust with ICS partners, the Export Sales Manager is the primary point of contact with TLU, Demonstrable leadership skills in managing projects and/or processes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including report writing. Accuracy and attention to detail High level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good working knowledge of the ICT tools used in the company, including CRM, SSRS, LN, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and databases would be beneficial
This role will require a high level of national and international travel and a company car will be provided.

The starting salary for this role is from 50,000 per annum and the successful applicant will work a 37.30 hour week to suit the needs of the business.
