Regional Extended Schools Lead

Salary:

30,000 - 32,000

Regional Operations Manager

The Role...

The role will lead the end-to-end operations for our Ofsted registered breakfast, after school and school holiday programmes within the business as well as the development of new programmes and sites. Ensuring all minimum performance standards are delivered and financial targets met across the schools you manage. While supporting the wider delivery and operations of the region.

What you will be doing ...

Organise the folders and boxes for each setting Secure new and existing settings Lead on the launch and handover of new settings Plan and deliver staff training Contribute to the design of course curriculum and content Support marketing with the co-ordination of 'on the ground' activity such has leaflet drops and assemblies. Support central support with actioning feedback, customer engagement and recruitment. Engage and share social content with networks/groups Drive quality and standards at all settings in region Manage the teams channel/WhatsApp groups

Essential

Highly organised self-starter with an eye for detail Excellent knowledge and experience of LSC extended schools services A passionate and positive attitude towards supporting and motivating a staff team. Fantastic Communicator Sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle

Desirable

Previous operations management experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
