About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within
Southwark Adult Social Care's Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service
. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist who is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
In this role, you will:
Deliver individualised, goal-oriented interventions that promote health, wellbeing, and independence.
Use MOHO and other evidence-based assessment tools to assess and support adults with mental health needs.
Work predominantly in the community, helping clients function more effectively in their home environments and local communities.
Hold an Occupational Therapy-specific caseload and collaborate on service user workshops with other OTs.
Receive dedicated time and support to engage in specialist training and continuous professional development.
About You:
You are someone who is passionate about occupational therapy and values promoting independence and inclusion. You bring creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practice to your work.
