What You'll Be Doing



Leading and motivating a team of tutors and assessors. Driving excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Championing safeguarding, inclusion, and learner wellbeing. Supporting curriculum development and quality assurance.

Who We're Looking For




You're a passionate Hair & Beauty educator with:

FE Teaching experience A teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to gain one Industry experience in Hair & Beauty Strong leadership and communication skills A commitment to equality, innovation, and continuous improvement IQA or assessor qualifications A Level 4+ qualification in Beauty Therapy or relevant industry experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

Management experience or qualifications.
