The Role

We're looking for a

results-driven External Sales Representative

to generate new business and expand our client base. This is a

commission-only role

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new accounts via calls, networking, referrals, and events Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored service proposals Negotiate and close contracts to meet/exceed sales targets Maintain client relationships for repeat business and upsells
What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience (cleaning/facilities industry preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven Valid driver's license and local travel availability
Compensation

100% commission-based --
