Job Description

An enthusiastic individual is required to join a Worthing based energetic family run, rubber gasket & seal manufacturing company in the extrusion department. Primary roles involve setting up and running silicone rubber extrusions. Attention to detail, a basic understanding of technical drawings and confidence with measurements are required but full training will be given on the job.

As a small company, the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to get involved in (with training) many different areas of the production process and be rewarded with a twice a year profit related bonus.

Hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Wednesday, 7.30am - 5.00pm Thursday and 7.30am - 1.00pm Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
