Your Role

Lead, train & motivate your team in the field Plan weekly site allocations, transport and team logistics Ensure smooth daily operations and strong compliance Foster high morale, retention and consistent results Hit team targets for donor quantity and quality

What You Bring

6+ months in face-to-face fundraising or direct sales management Experience on the street or in private sites (e.g., shopping centres) Strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills A driven, proactive attitude with a passion for impact
