GTF Engineering Solutions Ltd is a growing engineering and fabrication business based in Worcester. We are looking to recruit an experienced

Fabricator / Tube Fabricator

to join our workshop team.

This role is ideal for someone with hands on fabrication experience who is confident working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication of tube and fabricated components to engineering drawings Tube bending using manual and CNC bending machines Cutting, preparation and assembly of fabricated parts TIG welding of mild steel and stainless steel MIG welding where required Working to tight tolerances and quality standards Carrying out basic quality checks on own work Maintaining a clean and safe working area Supporting production deadlines and workshop efficiency
Requirements

Essential:

Proven experience as a Fabricator or Tube Fabricator Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Experience with tube bending and fabrication TIG welding experience Good attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Desirable:

Experience in heat exchangers, radiators or similar products MIG welding experience Experience in automotive, agricultural, or industrial fabrication
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of

16.50 - 17.50 per hour depending on experience
