Stag Machinery Ltd The Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fabricator with some basic Engineering knowledge to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee our fabrication workshop, managing the production of custom brackets, attachments, and modifications for machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Agricultural repairs, Fabricate and assemble brackets, frames, and machinery attachments to specification, Some on-site welding required.

Lead workshop operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Communicate effectively with office staff and management to plan and coordinate work.

Use a job management app to record works completed and update project progress.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment.

Skills & Experience:

Proven fabrication and welding experience (MIG/STICK).

Experience with machinery or mechanical systems preferred.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Basic machine engineering knowledge advantageous.

Good communication skills and computer literacy.

45 Hour working week, Mon-Fri 8-5. 30 min unpaid lunch break.

Overtime available.
