Facilities Administrator
to join our close-knit team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and the buildings we manage, organising contractors and dealing with queries. Your role may also include social media content creation and business development activities on a regular basis. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support operations.
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects.
Handle phone communications professionally and courteously.
Organise office supplies and ensure a well-maintained work environment.
Support the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Utilise Sage for documentation and reporting.
Perform clerical duties as required, including filing and correspondence.
We are looking for:
Proven experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
Excellent organisation skills
Reliability and a Strong work ethic.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of Project Co-ordination / Hard FM an advantage
