We're looking for a

Facilities Administrator

to join our Group Facilities team--supporting over 40 locations and 150+ buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our spaces are safe, compliant, and well-managed.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating planned maintenance and soft services (cleaning, security, remedials). Managing compliance documentation and supporting audits. Administering our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system. Liaising with Facilities Managers, contractors, and stakeholders across the business. Reviewing paperwork and raising purchase orders to ensure health & safety standards are met.

What you'll bring

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping. Organised, professional, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in facilities or planned maintenance is a plus.
