Now, we are looking for a

Facilities Assistant

to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is your chance to play a key role in keeping our practices safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

What You Will Do

Ensure NHS compliance across the group Coordinate maintenance and technical tasks across multiple sites Schedule and oversee PAT testing, Health & Safety audits, and fire and electrical inspections Manage and resolve requests via our ticketing system Schedule and oversee PAT testing, Health & Safety audits, and fire and electrical inspections Manage and resolve requests via our ticketing system Provide general support whenever needed the wider Operations team

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on facilities experience and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ideally, experience in

Estate Agency

, Construction/Building Services, or

Healthcare/NHS facilities

Or, transferable skills with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
