What you'll be doing:You'll help with the day-to-day presentation of the National Trust's buildings and outdoor spaces. Duties such as compliance testing and maintaining high presentation standards form a core part of this role. You'll be aiming for the highest standards of customer service everywhere you look after, and this includes speaking to people as they visit and helping them with any queries. You might also get involved with general maintenance work and helping other teams if they need extra support.
