Facilities Assistant

What you will do
You will deliver an excellent administrative service to support the team in providing safe and welcoming premises for all our customers.
You will help us manage volunteers and work across our organisation to ensure great customer service satisfaction.
Work with the Facilities Managers to manage Health and Safey documentation including activity and object risk assessments e.g. contractor induction, COSHH, DSE.
Organise and record Maintenance and Repair activities on our IT systems.
Assist with managing the gardening, reception and facilities volunteers including organising and updating reception rotas.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, communicating changes and resolutions, ensuring our customers receive a reliable and effective service.
Stock control and procurement.
Project management support.
What you will need
All candidates
must
have the right to work in the UK.

Manual handling and/or heavy lifting.
Full, current valid UK driving licence.
Access to a vehicle which can be used for work purposes.
Car insurance, including business cover.
