Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for safety, quality, and operational excellence? Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is searching for a Facilities Compliance Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHS&Q) compliance functions across our Chippenham and Cambridge sites. This critical role ensures our facilities meet GMP standards, maintain ISO certifications, and uphold the highest levels of quality and safety.

- Manage the Facilities Quality Compliance System using Q-Pulse, ensuring timely completion of Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.


- Ensure all Facilities staff conducting GMP activities are appropriately trained and understand their quality responsibilities.


- Provide oversight and direction to CBRE managers supervising GMP activities, ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System.


- Support the selection, onboarding, and management of specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS&Q requirements.


- Review and upload specialist contractor compliance reports to MasterControl Document Management System.


- Ensure compliance with the Control of Contractors policy, including permit-to-work processes and contractor supervision.


- Lead site-specific risk assessments and ensure that corrective actions are implemented, monitored, and reviewed regularly.


- Support emergency response planning, crisis management training, and business continuity initiatives.


- Conduct EHS&Q audits of Facilities operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, GMP, and internal management systems.


- Maintain and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, including environmental data collection and continuous improvement efforts.




Who You Are




- Proven experience in a compliance or facilities management role, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.


- Strong understanding of EHS&Q management systems and relevant legislation.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.




What Will Put You Ahead




- Experience working with QMS platforms such as Q-Pulse and MasterControl is highly desirable.


- Recognised qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO auditing).
