Main duties of the job

You will maintain accurate documentation, undertake risk assessments, and organize emergency procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of catering services, monitor service quality and hygiene, and ensure efficient use of food resources. In the Housekeeping department, you will supervise operations and adherence to infection prevention and control protocols, as well as conduct regular cleanliness audits. For the Maintenance function, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensure timely resolution of issues, and manage budgets. Finally, you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver a professional and compassionate welcome to all visitors.
