Huboo is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to take ownership of all building-related operations across our UK sites. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, fully operational, and aligned with our rapid expansion plans.

Your Responsibilities:
As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of multiple locations, with key responsibilities including:
Planning and managing all site installations and refurbishments (e.g., telecommunications, heating, electrics, forklifts).
Ensuring health & safety standards are met through effective maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Inspecting building structures and coordinating repairs or renovations.
Managing waste and recycling collections (pallets, cardboard, general waste).
Allocating office and warehouse space in line with operational needs.
Handling insurance policies and service contracts.
Booking and coordinating contractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers, security, door repairs, racking).
Assisting with minor on-site repairs where needed.
Organising transport and logistics (van hire, trailer coordination, driver schedules).
Overseeing consumables stock management (e.g., canteen supplies, stationery) across all sites -- this is a key focus area.
Managing cleaning services and reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and attributes:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facility operations.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Highly organised with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
"Can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience)
