What you'll do:
Lead facilities management across the site, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and audits.
Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring service excellence and value for money.
Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
Support emergency planning and act as the go-to contact for H&S matters.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience in facilities and/or health & safety management.
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH) are highly desirable.
