Facilities Manager
to help shape the future of our award-winning site.
The role:
As Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the Park running smoothly and safely. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll take ownership of our estate's facilities and IT contracts, ensuring everything is fully compliant, functional, and future-ready.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day FM operations and minor capital and maintenance projects, as well as liaise with tenants to deliver a top-tier user experience across the park. From ensuring buildings are legally compliant, to coordinating contractors, handling service charges, and producing project documentation, you'll be at the heart of making our high-performance environment work.

What you'll be doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for all soft and hard FM issues.
Managing the outsourced FM and IT service contracts.
Overseeing minor projects across the full lifecycle--from feasibility to close-out.
Ensuring all facilities meet statutory compliance with clear audit trails.
Coordinating maintenance work and ensuring site safety.
Supporting tenant queries and fostering a positive, service-focused culture.
Assisting with service charge management and project documentation.

What we're looking for:
You're someone who:
Has experience in both hard and soft facilities management.
Knows how to manage budgets and small projects confidently.
Communicates clearly, manages stakeholders well, and stays organised across multiple priorities.
Can produce user-friendly reports and documentation.
Brings a flexible, can-do attitude and thrives in a changing, high-energy environment.
Essential
Degree-level education.
Customer-facing experience.
Strong understanding of property, maintenance, and compliance standards.
Desirable
PRINCE2 or similar project management training.
Professional membership or working toward CIOB, RICS, or IWFM.
Background in innovation parks or property/client liaison.
