We are seeking a
Senior Facilities Manager
to oversee a portfolio of mixed-use property assets owned by North Yorkshire Council.
You'll be solely responsible for the day-to-day management of a large, diverse estate, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage hard and soft FM services across multiple sites
Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory and environmental standards
Oversee contractors, budgets, and maintenance schedules
Proactively identify and implement improvements in estate performance
What We're looking for:
Substantial experience in facilities management, ideally in large, mixed-use estates
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios independently
Strong working knowledge of compliance, contractor management, and FM systems
Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Be IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages
Hold a full UK Drivers license
