This is an exciting, brand new opportunity to join our 14forty team as a Facilities Manager in Warrington for our customer,
Solvay.
We are seeking an Facilities Manager with experience in Facilities Management to join our 14forty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of FM services on the site, the day-to-day liaison with the client stakeholders and budget accountability.
You will oversee delivery of the following services.
Manage all FM services (Cleaning, Catering, Security) to meet SLAs and client requirements.
Respond promptly to client requests and maintain regular communication.
Lead and develop FM staff, ensuring up-to-date training and competency.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
Support service planning and site development with the client and line manager.
Conduct quality audits to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
Lead client projects, managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and budgets.
Deliver and support annual budget planning and cost control.
Ensure compliance with statutory and preventative maintenance schedules.
Manage asset lifecycle and provide capital expenditure reports.
Prepare work quotations and secure approvals before proceeding.
Maintain accurate contract records and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance within FM services.
About You:
Essential
3+ years as a Facilities Manager with experience all managing soft services (cleaning and security are essential)
Experiencing of managing and developing a team.
Forward thinking with ability to spot potential improvement opportunities.
NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma in Health & Safety.
Desirable
Knowledge of catering operations.
BICS, Cleaning experience.
SIA Licence (we will provide training if required).
First Aid Trained (we will provide training if required).
