Brooklands Museum is looking for an experienced

Facilities Manager

To manage and maintain the Brooklands Museum estate, including its historic buildings, infrastructure, and public spaces. The goal is to ensure the estate is always safe, compliant, functional, and presented to a high standard, supporting the Museum's operations as a popular visitor destination.


We are looking for someone who can use their experience in facilities and maintenance to ensure the Museum meets the standard for site maintenance, health and safety, avoidance of risk and overall provide a great environment for visitors to enjoy Brooklands at its best.


This is your chance to work in a truly one-of-a-kind setting. Every day brings something different - from restoring heritage structures to helping run major public events. You'll join a passionate team who care deeply about history, storytelling, and providing a great experience for our visitors.

Working pattern is 37.5 hours worked 5 out of 7 days.


Brooklands Museum is the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation, and the home of Concorde. Located on the 32-acre site of the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit and the most productive aircraft factories in Europe in the twentieth century, Brooklands Museum welcomes around 180,000 visitors each year. These are made up of members of the public, Brooklands Members, VIPs, corporate hospitality guests and school groups. The Museum is operational 7 days a week, only closing for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
