Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality construction and maintenance projects? If so, we want to hear from you!


We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead a range of CapEx and maintenance initiatives that support the successful delivery of our Investment Plan. From feasibility through to completion, you'll oversee projects that enhance our venues, ensuring they meet operational needs and exceed customer expectations. With a focus on quality, compliance, and value for money, you'll ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What you will be doing:



Project Leadership

: Develop, implement, and review Scottish Rugby's Project Plan annually, leading cross-functional teams to deliver construction and maintenance projects on time and within budget.

Compliance & Safety

: Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including CDM, risk assessments, and Equality Act requirements, while maintaining all related documentation and enforcing corrective actions when necessary.

Monitoring & Reporting

: Track project progress, manage equipment handovers, and provide regular financial and status updates to senior management.

Insurance Claims Management

: Support property insurance claims up to 150k by coordinating with insurers, assessing damage, overseeing repairs, and ensuring full cost recovery.

Asbestos Oversight

: Maintain the Corporate Asbestos Management Plan, coordinate surveys and removals, update the asbestos register, and advise on condition improvements.

What we're looking for:



Project-savvy

: Qualified in project management with 3+ years' experience--degree preferred, but not essential with the right track record.

Safety-first mindset

: Health & Safety qualifications and solid knowledge of CDM 2015 regs.

Always learning

: Committed to continuous professional development and staying ahead of the curve.

Bonus skills

: Asbestos awareness (P405) and PASMA training are a plus, but not essential.
