Your Role:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites, providing front-of-house services and supporting essential workplace functions.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate on-site meetings and event support Deliver consistent front-of-house services: reception, visitor management, meeting rooms, and communal areas Maintain safety records, complete audits, and manage work order documentation Host client events and workplace activities, escalating maintenance issues as needed Serve as Maximo Superuser and helpdesk contact for the region Manage inventory, process orders and invoices, and maintain accurate sales records Provide switchboard coverage and handle incoming communications efficiently Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times


About You:
We're looking for someone who brings both professionalism and energy to their work.
You will bring:Experience in a client-facing or hospitality environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Maximo or a similar helpdesk system Reception or concierge experience (preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to service excellence
