We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Assemble products or components as per specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in the movement of materials and finished goods within the factory. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of production processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 kilograms. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a factory setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
