Skilled Operative
to join our busy Production Team based in St. Neots and at Little Staunton Airfield factories.

have previous experience in a manufacturing / fabrication environment
can apply skills to tasks quickly and enjoy learning new ways of working
enjoy working in a hands-on, busy role applying experience to help drive efficiency

have basic computer skills
are enthusiastic, proactive and have a positive attitude

are physically fit (the job involves manual handling and lifting)
have good work ethics, are punctual and motivated
can display common sense and are awareness of safe ways of working
full driving license and own transport an advantage as time may be required at sites.
Your role will include performing assembly, fabrication, machining and glazing tasks (after a period of training) as well as supporting yardmen where required. We are looking for individuals with experience that we can develop efficiency within the production department.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break and 15 minute a.m. tea break.
