Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively as per training guidelines. Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in the movement of materials and finished products within the factory. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the production line.
