We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our dynamic team. Duties

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in the packing and shipping of finished products as required. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assisting, manufacturing and preparing product, supporting sprayer in paint shop Potentially load and deliver products to customers, UK driving license required

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Basic mechanical skills or experience with machinery is advantageous Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality standards. Physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or production schedules as needed.
