Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any malfunctions or maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and safety practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating machinery or assembly line processes is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
