Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Execute production tasks within a manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Proficient in woodworking and metalworking techniques to contribute to the production of diverse products.
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment, following operational guidelines and performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate production.

Requirements:

- Valid Forklift License.
- Experience as a factory operative in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in woodworking and metalworking, with a strong understanding of associated tools and equipment. Experience in a marine manufacturing business is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
