Who will you be working for?

What will you be doing?

As part of our skilled factory team, you'll help manufacture floor cassettes, joists, trusses, and timber frame panels. Under the guidance of the Factory Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:

Picking, sorting, and packing materials for production Operating hand tools (skill saw, nail gun, hammer) and machinery Maintaining high standards of quality control Following all Health & Safety procedures Keeping your work area clean and organised

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Ideally has experience in timber frame, joinery, or a similar production environment Can read and work from basic manufacturing drawings Works well independently and as part of a team Is reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed Communicates clearly and follows instructions

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00 Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
