Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Worker to join our team in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively to meet production targets. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in the packing and dispatching of finished goods. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes.

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
