Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with the movement of materials and finished goods within the factory Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly Other duties as assigned by your line manager

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential Kitchen manufacturing or joinery experience is advantageous Basic understanding of machinery operation is preferred Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
