Factory Supervisor

with a strong background in joinery and/or modular construction.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the construction of modular buildings while providing joinery support during peak periods. The position requires technical expertise, team coordination, and a proactive approach to maintaining exceptional standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate roofing and joinery team on the factory floor Ensure timely, high-quality construction of warm and cold deck flat roofs Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols, including manual handling procedures Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members Assist with joinery and carpentry tasks during busy periods Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage Collaborate with Production Supervisor and Work Managers to meet project deadlines and quality targets

Requirements

Proven experience in joinery and familiarity with modular construction Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a factory or construction setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency with hand and power tools Positive, safety-first attitude and strong work ethic
