We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers. Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the factory to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards and compliance with industry regulations. Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and quality assurance to streamline processes. Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and personnel management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production management is advantageous. A relevant degree or qualification in engineering, manufacturing management or a related field is preferred but not essential. Salary Range

30,000-37,000 depending on experience.
