Factory Supervisor - Late Shift

Shift: 10:30am - 6:30pm (moving to 2pm - 10pm soon with our new factory)

Fittingly is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Factory Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on the tools while also leading and supporting a team through the late shift.

The Role

As Factory Supervisor, you'll:

Oversee and supervise the late shift team. Work hands-on alongside the team to ensure production targets are met. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Report directly to the Factory Manager with updates and shift performance. Help support a positive, motivated, and productive workplace culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in a supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing setting. Is hands-on, practical, and willing to lead by example. Communicates clearly and confidently with both colleagues and management. Can adapt to changing shift patterns as we move into our new factory (soon moving to 2pm-10pm). Is organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.
