Factory Supervisor

to join our production team.

The Role

As Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production within our busy manufacturing facility. You'll manage a team of skilled operatives, ensuring products are made to specification, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support production staff to achieve daily targets. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in line with health & safety regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Train, develop, and appraise team members to build capability and performance.

About You

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Practical understanding of production planning, quality standards, and H&S compliance. Problem-solving mindset with good organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willing to undertake Fire Marshall and First Aid Training Willing to undertake Fork Truck Training
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.50-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
