Paralegal - Family Law Department (Publicly Funded Work)
Location: Enfield Office
This is not your standard paralegal position. If you are looking for an admin-heavy role spent behind a desk, this is not it. This role offers a front-line, hands-on introduction to publicly funded family law. You will be supporting the Head of Department directly, attending court hearings (both remote and in person), and working closely with clients who are often in emotionally complex and vulnerable situations. It is demanding work, but highly rewarding for the right person.
Our family department is one of the most respected in North London. We are looking for someone who can step into a fast-paced environment with real legal exposure from day one. You will be expected to show maturity, resilience, and sound judgement -- this is not photocopying and file indexing. You will be trusted with meaningful work and given the support to grow.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and adaptable -- but we take those as a given. We want to hear what sets you apart.
Along with your application, please include:

A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and support departmental goals
