Job Overview:

We are seeking a law graduate to join our legal team in providing support and assistance in family law matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate legal processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information

- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information

- Manage case files and ensure all paperwork is accurately filed and organised

- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for solicitors

- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals on behalf of the firm

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently

- Previous experience working in a legal office or as a paralegal is advantageous but not necessary

- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures in family law matters

- IT proficiency to handle electronic filing systems and databases
