About the role:

Due to our growth, we are currently recruiting for a role within our Family Law Department based in Manchester city centre. We are recruiting for a family law Paralegal.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual to grow and develop within the department. The family law work is privately funded and ranges from divorce to children-related matters. We are looking for an individual to develop the department and manage the existing caseload.

As a Family Law Paralegal at MSD Solicitors, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help families navigate complex legal situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a mixed caseload of private family matters Preparing and drafting documentation Keep the case management system up to date Handling sensitive family matters Court representation Generate new business

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent service to current clients, generate new clients and deal with complex cases.

Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in family law matters Self-starter and proactive individual able to manage their own casework Excellent attention to detail in managing complex cases Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
