Essential Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with

at least 2-3 years' PQE

in Family Law

Must meet

one

of the following accreditation requirements:

? Advanced Member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme

- having passed the Violence in the Home module

OR

previously held Adult Party Representative status on the Children Panel.

OR

? Resolution Accredited Specialist in Domestic Abuse
