Position: Family Solicitor
Location: Chester
Salary: \xc2\xa334,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities: As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, which may include but are not limited to:

• Divorce and separation
• Child custody and visitation rights
• Financial settlements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Domestic violence cases

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor.
• Proven track record of handling complex family law cases.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
