The Role




A great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy Farm Office team. Applications are invited from committed, reliable and proactive individuals, capable of operating efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic working environment. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident of liaising at all levels both internally and externally. Providing full administrative support to the farm management team, the Farm administrator will also be responsible for the accurate and timely data input onto the Farm data management system (Omnia) along with Reception duties for internal and external customers where appropriate. With experience of payroll, invoicing and raising purchase orders, candidates will have a proactive approach, capable of prioritising workload and working effectively as part of a team.

Requirements



Key Responsibilities



Accurate product and harvest data entry into Omnia Ordering consumables and parts as required Purchasing of diesel and management of deliveries Fuel management for farm vehicles Payroll support and cover Invoicing and raising Farm PO's as required Support the farm team with other administration and data processing tasks as required Provide reception/front of house cover where appropriate

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience



Pro-active and self-motivated Proficient in the use of MS Office applications Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database entry Highly organised and analytical Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload Process driven with excellent attention to detail, evolving and adapting as required Proven administration experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment Effective communication skills both verbal and written
