dynamic Shop Manager

to join us at a pivotal time in our journey -- someone who's excited to help drive growth, develop our offering, and lead a passionate, skilled team.

About the Role:

As Shop Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations -- overseeing the day-to-day running of the shop, working closely with our butchery and production staff, and contributing ideas that enhance our customer experience and product range.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the shop team to deliver excellent service and performance Oversee stock control, ordering, merchandising, and presentation Work closely with our butchery, kitchen, and farm team to coordinate production and ensure consistent product availability Help develop and launch new products and promotions Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and traceability Monitor sales performance and contribute to planning and strategy discussions
We're Looking For:

Experience in retail or food shop management (butchery/farm shop/deli ideal) Strong leadership and organisational skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for food Experience working with or understanding fresh produce, meat, and value-added food items A desire to grow with us, bring ideas to the table, and make a real impact
